Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS

International Shipping
We proudly ship globally (with some regional exceptions). Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Helmets (all types)
- Grooming brushes
- Used horse blankets
All sales of these items are final.
