Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging (especially important for safety equipment)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets, grooming brushes, or used horse blankets. All sales of these items are final.

Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
For exchanges of equestrian apparel, riding boots, or horse equipment:

- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference plus shipping costs for the new item
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in USD
